What personal data do we collect?
PiiGAB collects the names, addresses, email addresses and telephone numbers of our customers and others who have signed up to subscribe to our newsletter. PiiGAB is the data controller for this personal data.
You always have the right to find out what personal data we have stored about you, request that it be corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent in whole or in part.
How do we store the personal data we collect?
PiiGAB stores personal data through cloud services and in our support, CRM and business systems. For the services mentioned above, we use Groove, Google/google docs, LimeEasy and Visma Adminstration, WordPress and Mailchimp.
How do we use the personal data we collect?
PiiGAB uses personal data for customer administration, to send offers to existing and potential customers, and in other ways to maintain our customer relationships. The data is also used as a basis for statistics and the further development of our products, services and offers, as well as to improve our support.
We never forward the data to third parties for marketing purposes.
How long do we retain the personal data we collect?
For customers, PiiGAB retains personal data for as long as the customer relationship exists and for one year thereafter, unless the customer has requested that the data be deleted before then.
We retain email addresses for newsletter subscribers for as long as the subscription remains active.
We continuously update all records to ensure that they are accurate.
