What personal data do we collect?
PiiGAB collects names, address details, email addresses, and phone numbers of our customers and others who have subscribed to our newsletter. For this personal data, PiiGAB is the data controller.
You always have the right to find out what personal data we have stored about you, request that it be corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent in whole or in part.
How do we store the personal data we collect?
PiiGAB stores personal data through cloud services as well as in our support, CRM, and business systems. For the above-mentioned services, we use Groove, Google/Google Docs, LimeEasy, Visma Administration, WordPress, and Mailchimp.
How do we use the personal data we collect?
PiiGAB uses personal data for customer administration, to send offers to existing and potential customers, and in other ways to nurture our customer relationships. Furthermore, the data is used as a basis for statistics and further development of our products, services, and offers, as well as to improve our support.
We never forward the data to third parties for marketing purposes.
How long do we keep the personal data we collect?
For customers, PiiGAB retains personal data for as long as the customer relationship exists and for one year thereafter, unless the customer has requested deletion of the data beforehand.
Email addresses for newsletter subscribers are kept as long as the subscription is active.
We continuously update all registers to ensure they are accurate.
