We want to help you as best as possible if you encounter any problems with our products.

If you are certain from the start that you have a hardware issue, this will be handled as an RMA and the product should be sent to us for inspection.

When submitting an RMA to us, please follow these procedures:

Can't find the information you're looking for? Please let us know by sending an email to support@piigab.se. We also recommend our manuals and “getting started” documents, which you can find under downloads and the respective product. These documents contain valuable information on how to proceed.

If you are looking for features or notice that something is not working as expected, don’t hesitate to contact us so we can adjust help files or features for the next update. If there is something you are missing or think could be improved, please inform us so we can add it to our list of desired features.
