TCP2RTU_PoE is a flexible and robust converter for connecting serial Modbus devices to an Ethernet network. It operates transparently in both directions between Modbus TCP and Modbus RTU/ASCII, making it suitable for both new installations and upgrades of existing RS232-, RS485-, or RS422-based systems.

The device can be powered via standard PoE according to IEEE 802.3af or via an external supply of 11–58 V. It also has an output to power connected equipment with 5, 9, 12, or 24 V, which can reduce the need for separate power supplies in cabinets and installations. Configuration is easily done via a web interface, and the robust metal enclosure makes the product well suited for industrial environments. A DIN rail mount is available as an accessory.
